Processing Time

We offer next-day shipping on all orders placed before [insert cutoff time, e.g., 3 PM CST].
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may experience slight delays, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after your order is shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you in resolving it with the shipping provider.


International Shipping (optional—remove if you don’t ship internationally)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
